Your data, your rights

• Your name, birth date, gender, civil status, and nationality.
• Your mobile, email, addresses, and emergency contact.
• Education, work history, and the documents you upload (CV, government IDs).
• Screening answers, score, and recruiter notes on your application.
• Minimal device + connection details, plus a virus scan of every upload.

• To evaluate your application and decide on next steps.
• To reach you about your status, interview, or onboarding.
• To comply with Philippine labor and tax law if you are hired.
• To tell you about future openings — only if you opt in on the consent screen.

We never sell your data and never share it with outside companies for marketing.

• RFG recruiters and hiring managers involved in your application.
• Service providers we use to operate this system — cloud hosting, AI screening, email delivery, and virus scanning. They are contractually bound by RA 10173 to use your data only on our instructions.
• Government agencies when required by law (e.g. BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, DOLE after hiring).

• Not selected: up to 12 months, then deleted automatically.
• Hired: kept as part of your employee record for as long as Philippine labor and tax law requires.
• You withdraw consent: deleted within 30 days, unless we are legally required to keep it.

You have the right to:

• Be informed about how we use your data (this page).
• Access a copy of what we hold about you.
• Correct anything that's wrong or out of date.
• Object to certain uses, including marketing.
• Have your data erased (subject to legal exceptions).
• Request your data in a portable format.
• File a complaint with the National Privacy Commission at privacy.gov.ph.
